Trainer certification
Criteria to Become a Certified Crucial Learning (CL) Trainer.
- Must have attended a recent CL program
- Previous facilitation experience is helpful but not essential
- Sign an delivery agreement with Crucial Learning
- Attend a one hour, virtual Orientation Meeting held 4 weeks before certification training
- Certification is conducted over two days, covering content mastery, teach-backs, exercise facilitation, and platform navigation
- To become fully accredited, a Trainer must facilitate 3 programs per year and report on the Lives Impacted Portal
- Certified trainers gain access to "Fast Track" certification programs, ongoing support, and additional resources.

Steps to Becoming a Certified Trainer in Multiple Crucial Learning (CL) Programs.
- Eligibility: Must be a Crucial Learning certified trainer
- Step 1: Attend the course in which you are seeking trainer certification
- Step 2: Pass an online content knowledge assessment within 30 days of attending the course
- Step 3: Receive trainer materials from Crucial Learning after passing the assessment
- Step 4: Begin facilitating the new course
- Step 5: Train three classes of the new course within nine months to complete certification
